If you're on the Pro or VIP Plan, you’ll also get a personalized walkthrough of all the features included in your plan—so you can get the most out of it right from the start. And just a heads up: during your first 30 days, you can request as many changes as you’d like—no update hours needed. We want you to feel completely at home with your new site, and we’ll make sure it’s just right.

Absolutely! If you’re ever close to using up your update hours, we’ll give you a heads-up. And if you know you’ll need more features, extra pages, or ongoing updates, just let us know—we’ll help you upgrade to the plan that fits you best.

You can cancel at any time—just send us a quick message and we’ll take care of it. Keep in mind that all plans are a 24-month commitment and if you choose to cancel early, the remaining monthly payments will be due at the time of cancellation.
